We use Australian pine wood for exports. It is kiln dried (KD) as per the requirements of the country we are exporting to. Also, we fumigate the box/pallet we are shipping and provide a certificate of fumigation.

Fumigation certificate is valid for 21 days from the date of fumigation. We stamp the pallet/box post fumigation with the date on it.

We use jungle wood and rubber wood as per the customer requirements. Both are similar in color and strength.

Jungle wood and rubber wood is the most cost effective and acceptable by the customers domestically. Only drawback of this wood is that it might develop fungus after a few days.

Yes, majorly fungus issues arrises in hardwood like jungle wood and rubber wood. In rainy season this issues multiplies due to excessive moisture in the air. Due to this reason we suggest our clients to use pinewood for moist environment.

The most cost effective solution for fungus is that we can use refurbished pine wood for our clients. This is cheaper than fresh pine wood and better when compared to jungle wood/rubber wood.

Plywood box is the most durable box for a longer period of time. It can also be reused without any damages. It can easily be assembled and disassembled as we can make the box by using nuts and bolts.

We do manufacture DIY boxes and pallets. The intention behind making DIY products is that, the customers saves on excessive transportation costs and reduce their company budget of packaging.
